Jumping Jacks Play offers the perfect venue for children's birthday parties, catering to ages 0-7. Our party package includes 90 minutes of playtime in our engaging indoor play cafe, followed by 30 minutes in the party room for cake and celebrations. Customize your experience with optional add ons to make your child's special day even more memorable. Book your party with Jumping Jacks Play for a stress-free and fun-filled experience! Includes: - Private use of facility for 2 hours - Up to 20 children (45 guests total) - Dedicated Party Attendant - 30 minutes prior for setup - 15 minutes post for cleanup with help of JJP staff - 1x slice of pizza per child - 1x juice box/ or water per child
Cancellation Policy
Jumping Jacks Play Party Contract & Venue Agreement This Party Contract & Venue Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Jumping Jacks Play, LLC (“Venue”) and the undersigned individual (“Client”) for the purpose of hosting a private event or birthday party at Jumping Jacks Play. Booking and Payment A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to reserve your party date and time. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event. Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit and signed agreement are received. Payments may be made via online booking, over the phone or in-person (cash, check, major credit cards). Cancellation and Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation is made at least 14 days in advance, the deposit may be applied as credit toward a future party within 6 months, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit and any prepaid balance. Arrival, Setup and Cleanup Hosts may arrive 30 minutes prior to the event for setup. Early access is not permitted unless prearranged with staff. Jumping Jacks Play staff will assist with setup and cleanup within the scheduled party window. All guests must vacate the play area promptly at the scheduled end time to allow preparation for the next event. Additional time may be available for purchase if available. Food and Beverages Outside food is permitted with prior approval. No alcohol or glass containers are allowed. Guest Supervision and Conduct Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. All guests must follow posted play area rules. Socks are required for children and adults in the play area. Rough play, running in non-play zones, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the facility without refund. Safety and Liability All guests entering the play area must have a signed waiver on file. Jumping Jacks Play is not responsible for injuries, lost, or stolen items. The Client assumes responsibility for the conduct of all guests during the event and for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Decorations, Photography, Marketing Decorations must be free-standing or tabletop; nothing may be taped, pinned, or hung from walls, ceilings, or fixtures without prior approval. By hosting an event at Jumping Jacks Play, you grant permission for the use of photos or videos taken during the event for marketing or social media purposes unless you opt out in writing before your event.
